At Maison De Parfum Shop, we want our customers to shop with confidence. Please read our return, refund, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Our store offers perfume products, including inspired fragrances. Please read each product description carefully to understand the nature of the product before purchasing.

1. Order Confirmation and Processing

All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and acceptance.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders where there are reasonable concerns about fraud, unauthorised payment, pricing errors, or inaccurate order information. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, we will issue an appropriate refund.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at parfummaisonde2@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, but your applicable legal cancellation rights will still apply.

2. Returns and Cancellations

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within the applicable cancellation period. After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items should be handled carefully and, where possible, returned with their original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
